Aerial Silks:

Welcome to the wonderful world of Circus arts! In this class you will learn proper technical mobility and strength training to climb your way to top of Aerial Fabric. There will be group stretching, ground training, climbing conditioning, and introduction of ground-bound skills that will get you strong and ready to take flight. Every person who is new to Circus Arts comes with differing sets of strengths, and we will work with each person individually to ensure that everyone is challenged and also not feeling defeated. Whether you have experienced rock climbing, were formerly a  cheerleader, or just someone who has admired this event from afar, if you are interested in giving it a shot, there is a place for you in this class!
