This class is for athletes between the ages of 4-7. This beginner class focuses on balance, coordination, body awareness, and getting the athletes comfortable with turning their body up side down. Athletes will develop the strength and coordination for the handstand. Skills learned in this class include; Front rolls, back rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and back walk overs. This is a great class for younger athletes with little or no tumbling experience.
Intro to Tumbling:
This class is for beginner athletes with little to no tumbling experience. This class focuses the basic body positions required for more advanced tumbling. Athletes will will develop the strength and coordination required for the back handspring. Skills learned in this level include; Handstands, bridges, back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheels, and round offs Once the athlete masters these skills without a spot, they are eligible to advance to Beginner Tumbling.
This class is for athletes who have mastered the skills in Intro to Tumbling. Front and Back Walkovers are required to attend this class. This class focuses on perfecting the technique and form of the hack handspring. Skills learned in this class include, standing back handspring series, running back handspring series. Once athletes master standing back handsprings and running round off back handsprings, they are eligible to advance to Intermediate Tumbling.
This class is for athlete who have mastered the skills in Beginner Tumbling. Standing back handspring and running round off back handsprings are required for this class, which focuses on developing the power and technique necessary to perform standing and running series back handsprings, as well as beginning to learn the techniques for flipping. Athletes will learn to accelerate through their tumbling passes to build power for flipping skills. Once athletes have mastered standing and running series back handsprings, they are eligible to move to Advanced Tumbling.
This class is for athletes who have mastered the Intermediate Tumbling Skills. Series standing and running back handsprings are required for this class. This class focuses on hands free flipping skills and perfecting the set required for more advanced tumbling. Skills learned in this class include; back handspring tuck, standing back tucks, front tucks, round-off back handspring tucks, specialty passes to tuck. Athletes who have mastered these skills will work layouts and beyond.
Round off, BHS layout and instructor permission is required to join this class. This class focuses on holding the hollow body position through the layout, and twisting skills. Athletes will also learn how to incorporate advanced specialty skills to their tumbling passes. Skills learned in this class include, layouts, whip backs, fulls, double fulls, standing fulls, arabians, and front fulls.
Toddler Trampoline & Tumbling:
This class is for toddlers age 3 to 5. Class time will be split between trampoline and open floor tumbling. All phases of the class are focused on developing balance, coordination, body control, and basic skill progressions, with an emphasis on safety and fun.

THIS IS A NON STUNTING CLASS.
Athletes will learn and develop all the necessary skills to be the best Flyers they can be. Athletes will focus on balance, flexibility, technique, and body positions using a combination of drills on both the floor and through the use of stunt stands.

This class covers the basic skills and concepts involved in all-star cheerleading, including jumps, tumbling, and stunting. Time will also be spent developing overall strength, conditioning, flexibility and fitness.
